He started Meco as a sole proprietor in 2002 and has stewarded the business into a leader in civil engineering in the fields of dam engineering and dam safety, particularly as they relate to geotechnical, hydrotechnical and structural engineering.
Responsible for finance and accounting, office management and client satisfaction. Lori has been at Meco for eleven years and has normalized an efficient interface with our clients, staff and suppliers.

MANAGER - WATER & WASTEWATER
Jason is a technical and Project Manager with 30 years experience in water resource projects. He has worked on multidiscipline civil infrastructure projects throughout Canada.
MANAGER - TECHNICAL SERVICES
Anthony is the Technical Services Manager with 20 years of experience working in the civil/structural design field. Anthony has experience working with AutoCAD, 3D AutoCAD, Prosteel, and CadWorx. His project experience includes the preparation of design drawings for civil and structural applications, plan and profile drawings, preparation of cost estimates, site supervision, contract administration, reporting during construction activities, review of payment certificates, review of testing results and other construction activities.
Rebecca is a Structural Engineer with 7 years experience. Rebecca’s project experience includes the structural design, analysis, evaluation and inspection of various bridge and highway structures. Rebecca is a certified bridge inspector with the Ontario Good Roads Association. Rebecca has completed structural investigations, asset management plans, life-cycle cost analysis and cost estimates.
Alex is responsible for geotechnical engineering and brings seven years of experience to the team. His responsibilities include geotechnical and structural engineering design and analysis, management and execution of geotechnical investigations, production of construction documents, construction management and supervision, dam safety management, and other civil engineering-related works.
Nelson is a recent graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College and is responsible for CAD drafting, field data collection and supervision of information gathering works for our projects.
